Lampugnani 3D series sandblasting / shot-peening machines have been specifically designed for the removal, cleaning and surface finishing of models derived from rapid prototyping and 3D printing (additive manufacturing).

The Mod. LC / 2 TR 350 CR system was designed and built to be a very high quality product with all the standard functional accessories in order to guarantee a complete, functional and elastic product as it provides for the sandblasting / shot peening system automatic and integrated manual. All the details and design phase have been realized and targeted exclusively for the sector of rapid prototyping, 3D printing and additive manufacturing.

Through a targeted sandblasting / shot-peening treatment with a Venturi system it is possible to improve the surface roughness of the molded parts. The homogeneous cleaning and removal of dust occurs through a mixture of microspheres and compressed air projected onto the surface.
The separation of exhausted particles and dust occurs through a mechanical cyclone system and allows an optimal recovery of the abrasive which is put back into circulation.
