The Lampugnani vacuum sandblasting and shot-peening machines exploit the physical principle "Venturi" for the projection of the material on the surface to be treated. The abrasive is "projected" through a jet of compressed air that, through a high efficiency sandblasting gun, sucks the abrasive material through the mixer under the hopper or under the cyclone, if installed, and conveys it to the piece to be treated. With this technology it is possible to use any type of grit, both spherical for machining of shot-peening (microspheres of glass, ceramics or metal), both angular for processing of sandblasting (corundum, metallic or plastic granules ). The separation of exhausted particles and powders occurs through a mechanical system at cyclone and allows an optimal recovery of the abrasive which is put back into circulation.

Adjustable gun support permits to handle the parts to be treated under the sandblasting and / or shot-peening jet without holding the gun in hand.
Pedal with step-by-step valve with interlocking function, in order to activate and maintain the sandblasting / shot-peening jet. This allows to operator to assume the correct posture without having to constantly remain with the foot on the pedal.
The filter can be changed externally from the filter chamber for easy and safe maintenance for the operator.
Quick change of internal protective glass with closing knobs positioned on the counter-frame with gaskets.
Gloves replacement
