In addition to the range of standard pressure and venturi machines, Lampugnani designs and manufactures special solutions developed starting from its standard sandblasting machines.

 

The standard configuration can be expanded by adding additional modules to increase the internal work space.

 

For even larger parts, it is possible to create cubic-shaped cabins and integrate multiple manual workstations, allowing the operator to reach and treat surfaces from different angles.

 



 

When do you need a large machine?

A large sandblasting machine is ideal when you need to treat particularly bulky or heavy components that require more internal space and ease of handling. Starting from our standard manual pressure or venturi machines, we can configure systems with large work spaces, with or without a rotating table and with a removable table, to facilitate the loading, unloading and processing of the pieces.

 

Special manual sandblasting machines can be configured with different solutions, depending on the size of the pieces and the specific processing requirements:

 

  • Addition of standard modules: the standard models can be equipped with additional modules that increase the internal working space, while maintaining the construction and functional characteristics of the original machine.

 

  • Cubic-shaped cabin: for particularly bulky components, we can create large cabins, even with a cubic configuration, increasing the depth, width, and height of the workspace.

 

  • Multiple workstations: When the size or geometry of the component requires it, multiple workstations can be integrated, allowing the operator to reach and process surfaces from different sides and angles.

 

Each Lampugnani special sandblasting machine is born from the experience gained with our range of standard manual machines, evolved and configured to offer greater workspace, accessibility, and ease of use, even when treating bulky and heavy components.
